EPIC Womens Workshop (1)
Gosford SES will be holding an EPIC Women's Workshop at the unit. We are aiming to assist women in the community by teaching them ways to be storm ready, and promoting independence and confidence to help prepare for an emergency event. We will have 4 stalls set up that will teach a variety of skills including basic first aid, sandbagging, flood rescue, how to make an evacuation kit, and storm damage prevention. This will be run by all female volunteers.
